To initiate the reimbursement process, we kindly request that you provide clear photographic evidence of the broken product. This will assist us in assessing the issue and implementing necessary improvements in our quality control processes.

3. Reimbursement Process:

Once we receive and review the photographic evidence, we will promptly process your reimbursement. The reimbursement will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a reimbursement, the product must have been purchased directly from Your Froband, and the notification of breakage must be made within the first week of receiving the product. Additionally, the product should be in its original condition.

5. Product Replacement Option:

In certain cases, rather than a reimbursement, we may opt to send you a replacement product at no additional cost. This is subject to product availability and our evaluation of the specific case, and of cause your concent.

Shipping Policy:

Certified Shipping will provide you a tracking number and the security of knowing where your order is and how long it will take for it to get to your location.

Ordinary shipping doesn't have tracking number, but it takes the same as certified shippings. They take between 7 to 14 laboural days to get to US, UK, EU. Outside of these it may take 14 laboral days.
